Postage rates:

We estimate postage cost based on the rates of French Post office for priority parcels by air.When payment is made by credit cards, the shipment is added automatically using preset sliding scale depending on the total cost of the order. The handling charge is included in shipping charges. On the individual basis we will try to lower the cost of shipment for items which are expensive but lightweight.

Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund or exchange all items if returned within 30 days.Special orders and personal shopping orders are not subject to refund or exchange. Shipping cost is not refundable. In order to proceed with the refund we should receive all items back in its original state together with all packaging material.
